A Splendid Holiday Experience

smiling staff many options exercise routine sunbathing spots

The staff always greeted me with smiles. Breakfast included fresh fruit and many hot options. The gym was well-equipped. I easily maintained my exercise routine, even on vacation. The pools provided plenty of space for swimming. Loungers offered sunbathing spots throughout the day.

The Wi-Fi signal wasn't always strong near the pool area. This made checking emails difficult at times.

My room included a large bed and a seating area. A balcony provided an outdoor space. Daily cleaning kept the room tidy and comfortable. Fresh towels were available everyday.

The breakfast was amazing, i loved the large selection of thai and european food. there was also a lot of fruit. the garden had sunbeds in the shade and directly by the sea. I found it very relaxing.

the room was okay. but it had a distinct damp smell.

Superb Stay in Krabi

sandy beach attentive staff well-equipped gym inviting pools

The white sandy beach had many beach chairs. The gym had plenty of equipment I was able to keep up with my workouts. The pools were inviting. I swam every day. The grounds are beautifully maintained I enjoyed walking around.

The older furniture in my room showed some wear it was not a major problem though

There are two large pools offering great views of the beach and the Andaman Sea I noticed beautiful gardens surrounding the entire hotel. The gym has modern equipment to help guests maintain their fitness routines while on vacation. Lotus-filled streams create a peaceful natural setting to enjoy.

Breakfast offers a wide selection of Thai and European dishes I found the fresh fruit delicious. The on-site Italian restaurant is awesome I enjoyed the authentic flavors. Several bars outside the hotel provide cocktail options I visited them every night.

The staff was friendly and helpful making my stay comfortable. I received bottled water daily in my room It was always restocked. The tour operator was very helpful with planning trips. Pool staff removed towels from unattended sunbeds which I found helpful.

The grounds felt expansive, but they were well-kept with beautiful landscaping. Breakfast was diverse. I saw many choices available. The gym features a wide range of equipment, which includes treadmills and weights.

The lighting in the hallways felt dim at night!

The breakfast had a great variety of thai and european dishes. The garden was beautiful with loungers in the shade and directly by the sea. I found the staff friendly and helpful.

The rooms were old. The rooms were not really clean. It did not smell fresh.

the breakfast had plenty of options (especially the fresh fruit!). the gym had a good range of equipment. I spotted three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

the room felt a bit dated. i noticed the furniture looked quite old and worn. also, the beach wasn't the best (it was more of a shingle beach actually).
